How long does shipping take?
We print your custom book within 48 hours of approval. Standard shipping in the US takes 5–7 business days.
Can I change the story if I don't like it?
Yes. Once you purchase, you unlock Unlimited Revisions. You can regenerate the story, change the artwork style, or edit the text as many times as you like before printing.
Is the book suitable for all ages?
Absolutely. You select the reading level during creation, so we tailor the language for toddlers, early readers, or older children.
Is my photo private?
Yes. Your photo is used once, to make sure the hero on the page looks like your child. Then it’s deleted within 30 days. We never train AI on it, and we never share it with third parties.
What if my child doesn't like the result?
Make a free preview first. If the story isn’t right, regenerate it as many times as you need. You only pay when you love it. After you’ve ordered, you have 24 hours to cancel for a full refund; if your book arrives damaged, we’ll replace it.
